This study looked at how Community Health Workers (CHWs) in Wakiso district, Uganda, accept digital payments. Most CHWs had used mobile money before, and over half were open to using digital payments. The study found that CHWs who trusted digital payments were more likely to use them, while those worried about risks were less likely to adopt them. Qualitative interviews revealed that CHWs generally had positive experiences with digital payments, finding them effective and user-friendly, though some faced delays with mobile money. Overall, trust in digital payments was key to their adoption among CHWs.
