This study examined the factors influencing mobile health (mHealth) adoption among 308 Community Health Workers (CHWs) in Peshawar, including Lady Health Workers, Community Midwives, Lady Health Visitors, and Family Welfare Workers. Using SPSS for data analysis, the study found that most CHWs viewed mobile phones as beneficial for communication, diagnostics, treatment support, and data collection. They were generally willing to adopt mHealth technology, believing it would simplify their work and improve healthcare access, disease prevention, and awareness. Key factors for mHealth adoption included affordability, effectiveness, and ease of use.
