This study evaluated the acceptability of integrating cervical cancer and HIV screening in rural Uganda. Surveys conducted among patients and community health workers showed that 99% of women and 100% of CHWs found integrated screening acceptable. Reasons included time-saving, privacy, and peer support. Integrating screening could help overcome barriers to accessing care and contribute to WHO targets for HIV and cervical cancer elimination. Policymakers should consider capacity challenges and potential cost implications when designing integrated screening programs.
