This report presents the findings from the Community Based Volunteers Skills Audit Survey that was carried out in 30 Districts Zambia for the Ministry of Community Development, Mother and Child Health.  The disparities in incentives amongst CBVs cause problems in terms of the sustainability of the programmes.
