About the Event

This 2-part event will present opportunities for CHWs and stakeholders to provide input to NH’s CHW certification process, learn to share their stories, share resources, and network with others from around the state. CHW and Stakeholder of the year awards will be presented during this event!

Day One:

  • The NH CHW Coalition Annual Meeting
  • Updates from the National Association of CHWs
  • An Advocacy and Storytelling Workshop
  • Resource sharing for CHWs

Day Two: 

  • Our Story in NH, Ethical Storytelling (this workshop builds off of day one’s workshop!)
  • CHW Certification in NH: Updates and Discussion
  • Mindfullness
  • 2021 CHW and Stakeholder Awards of Excellence
