This webinar will provide a forum for NACHW members (though non-members are welcome as well) currently involved in developing new or implementing training and apprenticeship models to connect with one another to share strategies and common challenges. Panelists will share how their programs have approached recruitment, skill building, retention, and job placement for participants. The session will be interactive and will encourage participants to discuss how NACHW can best support ongoing learning and technical assistance needs of its members related to CHW workforce development.
