This is a Pre-conference Workshop for the American Public Health Association that is on Thursday, November 9, 2023 – 10:00 am – 1:00 pm ET on the strategies of addressing non communicable disease and improving mental health in low and middle income countries. This session also takes place in person at the Georgia World Congress Center in B207 on November 14th, 2023 4:30pm ET. More information can be found here. CHW Central is run by a team of dedicated volunteers and paid interns, with an annual operating budget of less than $20,000. In 2025, we have bold ambitions to further strengthen CHW associations, enhance opportunities for CHW organizing and information exchange, and make the latest research more accessible across the globe.
