Decentralized Screening for Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus and Anemia through A Scalable Model Using Community Health Workers (CHWs) and Telehealth Integration-An Apollo Telehealth Study

This study looked at how trained community health workers (CHWs) in rural India used digital tools to screen people at home for high blood pressure, diabetes, and anemia. Using point-of-care devices and telehealth support, CHWs screened over 143,000 people across nine states.
