This newly released report, titled ‘Practitioner Expertise to Optimise Community Health Systems: Harnessing Operational Insight’ examines how CHWs can successfully be integrated into national health systems, subsequently contributing towards efforts to achieve Universal Health Coverage. By using a number of case studies from six organisations (Hope Through Health, Last Mile Health, Living Goods, Muso, Partners In Health, and Possible) – the report explores key insights into successful CHW practices, as well as the heterogeneity and outliers which exist amongst different high performing CHW programmes.
Recommended for health practitioners, health systems researchers, and those interested in community health more widely.
