This study evaluates the impact of a 15-hour telementoring refresher training program on Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs) in India, aimed at improving their knowledge and skills. Using a mixed-method approach, results show a significant improvement in learning and competence among ASHAs. Participants expressed satisfaction with the training but highlighted challenges such as internet connectivity and session duration. Overall, the study underscores the effectiveness of the training in enhancing ASHAs’ abilities and recommends ongoing efforts to strengthen community health systems.
